Great Inintiative by Denso to start JEC through which we can learn Japanese Culture, Values & Ethics. In this JEC session we could grasp the Basic know how of Japanese techinal tools such as G-ESC, PDCA, WHY-WHY Analysis etc. Also received detailed background history of Denso Group and its operations.

Today Session was very interesting for me. Earlier I was not aware about the DENSO Company and their Process, but now I am aware of all these. So I am waiting for next session beacause I am very much excited to explore more about Japanese technology.

First of all I would like to thanks team Denso India for this wonderful opportunity.I was part of that session and in process I learned new stuffs and ways of how a Organization works and Execute their work. They introduced themselves and their company how it started and grow. They teached about some really important Japanese tools like SEISA, KANSEIDO,G-ESC & PDCA. I learned and enjoyed throughout the session
