“I am Kundan Raut, currently undergoing training in the Maintainance Department. When I heard first time that I will be undergoing JIM Training in ASBI, I was very curious to know how it would be? As a initial stage all trainees undergo Induction training wherein for the first time we came to know, about the products, departments, functions of the Company. Our On Job Training is also very much in detail , wherein I got the chance to learn about various Utilities used across the Company like Electric Supply, water tank, HVAC system etc. First time I got the chance to learn the actual functioning of these utility items and about it's maintenance. Besides On Job Training we are also attending regular Classsroom training wherein we are taught about different essential life skills, manners ,etiquettes etc. This is helping a lot not only in terms of professional development but also helping me to grow as a better human being. I am thankful to for giving me chance to undergo JIM Training ”

“ I am Shalaka Fulsundar I have pursued Draughtsman Machanical trade from ITI , currently I am working in Manufacturing design Department. This being my first On Job Training I was very much excited about the same and was also little bit afraid about how I will be able to cope with the entirely new environment. However , my mentor for On Job Training taught me various new software . Further, trainers who are imparting class room training are ensuring that while leaving out of the Company we will be independent and sufficiently confident to accept new challenges in our professional and personal life. This is very unique and unusal experience and I must note that not a single classmate of my trade is lucky to have such type of different training .
